Pink out or just cold out?



Hot outfit, right?  This is how I dress for a 4:30 am dog walk....too lazy to put on pants and have to take them off to go to the gym.  Frozen legs save me a few minutes which are necessary in the morning!

4.0 mile run on treadmill (0.5 incline for entire run, 7.0-7.2, with one 8.0 sprint at the end)

Quick Shoulders/Abs

  • 3 sets/8-12 reps one arm lateral raise/shoulder press combination (15 lbs)
  • 3 sets/15 reps push-ups
  • 2 sets/25 reps cross-body crunches
  • 3 sets/50 reps air bike with 8 lb ball for torso rotation
  • 3 set/25 reps lying flat leg raises (2 sets of 8 moving in circular motion)
