- 3 sets/8-12 reps one arm lateral raise/shoulder press combination (15 lbs)
- 3 sets/15 reps push-ups
- 2 sets/25 reps cross-body crunches
- 3 sets/50 reps air bike with 8 lb ball for torso rotation
- 3 set/25 reps lying flat leg raises (2 sets of 8 moving in circular motion)
