Friday Back Day

Between getting home late last night, cleaning up dog pee from Dixie every 2 hrs because Rich someone forgot to give her insulin, and waking up hungry... I think I got about 3 hours of sleep.  The best part of this is that after doing my entire back workout I looked in the mirror and realized I STILL (two hours after getting up) had deep lines on my cheek from my sheets! I guess I am not only tired, but probably a wee bit dehydrated as well.  There is a jug of water calling my name right now!

4 miles on treadmill speed 7.0-8.0 (34 mins)

Back Workout:
  • 3 sets/15 reps dumbbell shrug (30 lbs)
  • 3 sets/12 reps v-bar pulldown (60 lbs)
  • 3 sets/12 reps wide-grip lat pulldown (60 lbs)
  • 1 set/7 reps wide-grip pull-up
  • 3 sets/12 reps seated row (1 set-60 lbs, 2 sets-70 lbs)
  • 3 sets/12 reps bent-arm dumbbell pullover (30 lbs)
  • 3 sets/15 reps hyperextensions (20 lbs)
