Walnut Banana Protein Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of oat flour
- 2 scoops of Vitol vanilla egg protein
- 3 ripe mushed up bananas
- 1/2 c crushed walnuts
- 1/2 c egg whites
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 c xylitol brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Spray loaf pan with nonstick baking spray and fill with batter.
- Place in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
