Bizzy Day 2

I had another great circuit workout this morning!

HIIT Treadmill-  1 min @ 6.0, 1 min@ 8.0, repeat for 20 mins (2.3 miles)

Upper Body Circuit, no rest

  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 bent over dumbbell rows (20lbs each arm)
  • 20 standing barbell military press (25 lbs)
  • 20 barbell bicep curls (25 lbs)
  • 20 triceps kickbacks (15 lbs)
Treadmill 5 mins @ 6.3, 5 mins @ 7.5

REPEAT Upper Body Circuit.

Then, I added in the following:

  • 3 x 12 dumbbell bicep curls (20lbs)
  • 3 x 15 bench tricep dips
  • 2 x 10 barbell bicep curls (35 lbs)
Results?  One very sweaty girl.  I am loving these workouts and the change in my routine.  It has been very hard to pick an appropriate amount of weight with these circuits.  I'm used to lifting heavy and getting some rest in between sets.  Huge difference when you don't get a break!!  Now, if I could stay away from Mi Ranch we'd be in good shape!!!
