- Bench press: 4 reps at 85 lbs -highest to date, 2 sets/6 reps at 80 lbs, and 2 sets/10 reps at 75 lbs.
- Pull ups: It wasn't a back day, which is when I have been working towards unassisted wide grip pull ups. However, while my sports conditioning kids were playing football this morning I saw a pull up bar and decided to see what I had in me. 3 sets of 3 unassisted wide grip pull ups AND 2 sets up 5 unassisted underhand/chin ups. POW!
In order to get there I am decreasing my carb intake a little and increasing my water consumption. I totally forgot about adding raw apple cider vinegar to my water until I read a post by Tosca Reno and was quickly reminded that it helps reduce bloating. We'll see if I have luck with this plan!
