Dijon Mushroom Chicken

Dijon Mushroom Chicken

  • 3lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 family size can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package of fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • Put chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot and pour the remaining ingredients on top.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours
  • Serve on top of brown rice.
