I ended my back workout with a green PWO shake in honor of the day!
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop Vitol egg protein
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 tsp of chocolate PB2
- 1/2 tsp creatine
