I followed up the incline workout with an arm workout. After reading the latest Oxygen, I decided to add in some additional arm exercises to my normal routine.
- 3 x 12 skull crushers (30 lb EZ bar)
- 3 x 10 alternating dumbbell hammer curls (25 lb dumbbells)
- 3 x 10 dumbbell curls lying against an incline bench (20 lb dumbbells)
- 3 x 10 cable one-arm triceps extension (30 lbs)
- 3 x 10 cable overhead rope extension (60 lbs)
- 3 x 10 bicep curls with rope (60 lbs)
- 3 x 15 bicep dumbbell curls
